Hotel le Roberval

The breakfast was good; there was more variety of food than I expected. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photo online. The room was quiet in terms of not being able to hear other people but the street is quite noisy, that is maybe just the neighborhood. Quite a spacious room (Queen). Quite a good value for the money. A very decent 3-star hotel. I would definitely come back.

Comfortable room, well furnished with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, sink, silverware, glasses, and plates. His and her separate closets, desk and chair, and armchair. Excellent lighting and easily accessible multiple sockets for changing devices. If you drive, a system for dropping off luggage at door with ramp and luggage rollers so you can park next door and not lug your baggage from the parking garage. Breakfast is fine enough with hot and cold cereals, breads, bagels, croissants, yoghurt, hardboiled eggs, sliced cheese and ham, oranges, apples, and peaches, coffee, tea, juices. Central location, walkable to old city, entertainment area, and Mont Real. Proved better than expected.

We had a clean and simple suite with a cool murphy bed. The pictures they show are accurate. Beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets and pillows. Well equipped kitchenette. Excellent closet space. Standard bathroom with a good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful - seamless check-in & out. Breakfast was quite good with a nice selection of baked goods, bagels, light fare and plenty of tables to sit at. Location is very central and easy walking to many places. Easy building access and it felt safe. Perfect for what we needed and where we were going. Very reasonable price and good value for money.

I stayed in this hotel in two different occasions: from December 28 to 30 and then from January 2nd to 4th. This hotel is very cheap and is an excellent option for anyone who is travelling with children that would like privacy after putting their child to sleep. The room is spacious and silent. The kitchenware works well and the stove was quite helpful when we needed to cook our dinner. The breakfast includes boiled eggs, ham, cheese, and different types of bread. The staff was extra helpful every time we needed them and we had no issues during any of our stays.

The location, though probably a bit down market for some, was perfect for getting around Montreal by public transport or walking. The major Metro of Berri was perfect for getting on to all oher lines.The area was good for shopping for the basics, take out or smaĺl cafes.The room was spacious, fuĺly self contained, and I could have had it serviced everyday. The staff were fabulous and were great from just talking in my struggling French, to bringing up my lost luggage when it arrived., to pre booking a taxi for my 5 am airport trip. Gòod bathroom nice little kitchenette with table and chairs and a big comfy bed. Plenty of room.
