Coffee/tea facilities in Hotel le Roberval
We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was the perfect amount of space for myself, 3 other adults and a 4 year old. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Loved the Montreal bagels and chocolatines yum. The hotel was right downtown Montreal and while it's a bit noisy in the city we didn't seem to have any trouble sleeping. We also had a small balcony outside the living area of our room that had a nice view of the city. If you're traveling with people who have mobility issues the hotel has a ramp for wheelchairs or motorized scooters on their Rue Berri side of the hotel with an elevator up to the other levels. Not sure if they have accessible rooms but the bathroom in our suite was super tiny and toilet was really low but it was something we could overlook as we didn't mind it and served it's purpose. The staff were very accommodating and assisted us with our every need. They even had recommendations on places to eat in the area and we're great. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again in the future

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes away from the Berri-UQAM metro station. Close to lots of restaurants on St. Denis. The room was a spacious suite including a full kitchen with fridge. There was a TV, but only had limited channels. Even though it was right next to a busy street, I didn't really notice the noise. The FREE breakfast was more than adequate (including coffee/tea/juice/milk, cereal/oatmeal, eggs/ham/cheese, croissants/toast/muffins/bagels, fresh fruit,). For those that like to complain that the breakfast not good enough, then there is a Tim Hortons or Starbucks or other restaurants nearby where you can pay for whatever you prefer. I was able to extend my stay for an additional three days without having to change rooms.

David

Comfortable room, well furnished with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, sink, silverware, glasses, and plates. His and her separate closets, desk and chair, and armchair. Excellent lighting and easily accessible multiple sockets for changing devices. If you drive, a system for dropping off luggage at door with ramp and luggage rollers so you can park next door and not lug your baggage from the parking garage. Breakfast is fine enough with hot and cold cereals, breads, bagels, croissants, yoghurt, hardboiled eggs, sliced cheese and ham, oranges, apples, and peaches, coffee, tea, juices. Central location, walkable to old city, entertainment area, and Mont Real. Proved better than expected.

I’d definitely recommend the Roberval. However, there are two different experiences depending on whether you’re in the old (4 storey) or newer building (6 storey). First Queen Studio in the newer building. Facilities and furnishings were good quality and modern. Room was very clean. Shower head wasn’t great, but water was always hot. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi strong and reliable. Short carpeted hallways meant a quiet room. Breakfast had a reasonable choice, but no cooked/hot breakfast. A very reasonably priced guest laundry hidden away in the bottom level of the old building. Location is ideal for city walking, and only approx 300m to a main metro station.

Sharon

The entire premises (our suite included) were very clean. While in an older building, extensive renovations appear to have been made … bathroom and kitchen, windows, new floors and paint job. Yet there is a nostalgic feeling to the whole, like going back in time. The kitchen is a real full one, reflecting perhaps the history of the building (which seems to have been apartments at one point). The personal are at the front desk 24/24 and 7/7 so any problems can be dealt with immediately. A metro station and the airport bus stop are within a block or two so very convenient.
